Meh, Much Better Out There

Pros

Lower level management does try to show appreciation to employees. Decent pay for those lucky enough to get picked for training in a skilled position.

Cons

Difficult working conditions, very hot (100+ degree) temperatures. Extremely long hours, mandatory 60 hr weeks for near minimum wage. Clients don't show appreciation at all, expect more and more and have no compassion. Insurance is not affordable, and does not include any mental health coverage at all. Training is not adequate. No advancement potential or raises. No opportunity to get hired on - long term temp jobs only that offer no real way to move up, make more, etc. No work/life balance.

Awesome co workers and easy to get along with management. They will give almost anyone a chance to have a job.

Cons

They have rotating schedules (I actually happen to like that) also no real medical coverage or vacation days or pay.
