Pros

Nice weekly paychecks if (IF) you are lucky!

Benefits enrollment is a complete snare. You think you are going to get it when annual enrollment comes; however the dental coverage is no where to be found on the website. They have just about everything else though. They pull new policies out of their butts to take away your hard earned weekly incentive. Without saying a peep to anyone. No Show on mandatory Sunday and the entire weekly incentive that makes up the majority of the paycheck is gone. I informed the supervisor I wanted Sunday's off. The loss of weekly incentive was never brought to my attention until it happened 3 times in a row. There is no communication as to why the incentive is suddenly vanished. They also take away the weekly incentive if you put 1 box too many or 1 box not enough on a pallet while case picking (IF) IT GETS AUDITED). You will be working with criminals with backgrounds and opioid users. They often skip background checks and drug tests to save money! Beware. Lots of crazy Staffmark people on machines crashing into things. They will tell you it is possible to be a direct hire for the client if you quit and wait 6 months. This is a total lie. Once you put in your 2 week leave notice, they are going to come up with some ridiculous story to put you on a *DO NOT HIRE* list for both StaffMark and with the client.
