Easy to start an assignment, online portal is simple to navigate

Cons

Assignments are hit or miss, one can be horrible and never turn into being hired on while another can be with a great employer and offers temps a full-time position.

Very hands on approach! Ready to help with anything they can. Informative & helps encourage client hires.

Cons

It's either sink or swim. Not really putting people where they are good at. More like putting you where they need you. You either learn it or you don't.
