      They appreciated me because I was hispanic.

      Cons

      I saw many of my coworkers lose their jobs in the last year due to financial difficulties with the company. The leaders seem to keep hispanics and let the others go down the drain. Poor training and lack of good leaders here. Confused and conventional environment.

      Pros

      Good for someone green. The best decision I made was to leave this company.

      Cons

      No work life balance, low pay, demanding clients and managers, the work environment is toxic and competitive even though you don’t get paid commission. They’re are way too many requisitions per recruiter. The jobs you recruit for are mainly temporary light industrial jobs that are very low pay. The recruiters are responsible for managing everything from sourcing candidates, interviewing, running backgrounds and payroll. Not to mention managing the accounts and ensuring billing is done correctly. The salary doesn’t align with the job duties. Some of their clients are very unorganized and unprofessional. Some clients do not submit hour’s correctly so you are forced to show up to the company and ask for time sheets.

      Horrible, some of the least qualified people in leadership positions
