      Good company but no support from management

      Pros

      You learn so many different aspects of the recruiting process. Meet tons of different people and have great relationships with customers.

      Cons

      Management does not listen to what you need or believe what you tell them. If they would dig deeper into problems that are discussed with them, instead of blaming the person telling about the problem, it would be a wonderful place to work.

      Good resources to find candidates available if one would have the time to actually use all of them.

      Cons

      Constant conflict with Branches, Management and Sales Staff. They spend too much time fighting instead of working as a team to get the job done. They need to hire more help to cover all of the operations, collections and compliance.
