      Overworked and Underpaid, but still love my job

      Pros

      Great direct manager and environment of our branch. Enjoy the actual work that I do and the clients I work with. Flexibility in my schedule, ability to work on my own.

      Cons

      Company puts too much on everyone's plates- ex will not hire a clerical person for the branch to allivate those tasks so we can focus on recruiting/customer service/ect. Training - time is wasted on redundant, long training on things like softwares I already know how to use or a training conference call is 1-2 hours long for something that should be streamlined and not spending enough time training employees on their actual functions (like recruiting/interviewing/ect). Pay is low in comparison to other agencies.

      1. Gain extensive experience and knowledge. 2. Exposure to a wide range of technologies. 3. Networking opportunities.

      Cons

      1. Management promotions/hires lack logic, fostering a toxic work culture. 2. Common occurrence of unethical practices. 3. System downtime is frequent, disrupting daily operations. 4. Branch-level employees feel chained to their desks. 5. Lack of work/life balance. 6. Intense guilt and fear associated with taking time off. 7. Inconsistent rules across locations and personnel. 8. Severe deficiency in corporate communication. 9. Rampant toxic positivity. 10. Nonexistent pay raises/merit increases. 11. Lack of real incentives for employees.

      Pros

      Great job for someone new to human resources or wants to Stretch their legs into more of a independent leadership role taking charge of accounts and assisting clients with finding talent.

      Cons

      Driven by numbers not success with placement. Management is out of touch with branches. Branches are going to vary in different locations with the talent that they work with. It’s a very very stressful job for me.
