Pros

Plenty of work to do, company vehicle and equipment.

Cons

Not enough locators, workload can get hectic. You do have to deal with others despite what they say. Calling the other contractors is part of the job and the least enjoyable in my opinion. Locating gas utilities in particular is stressful due to management.

Cant think of any now... not many pros to working here

Cons

Mandatory weekends, TERRIBLE management, lack of organization, different expectations from different people. Leadership has no idea what theyre doing.
