Great Upper Management, good fellow tech and leads

The Leads, Upper management, and fellow techs are great to work around.

Cons

Horrible PTO system, not many company paid holidays off while one call has several off and it's a risk of life and safety on those days, a few managers are lazy and do personal tasks while on company time and pass off work to people under them while others are more beneficial to manage.

Overtime pay, longevity of employment, great people, never a dull moment, challenging work, confidence builder. Driving system is better than before. Safer drivers. Better time management.

Cons

Empowerment of employees and lower level managers. Too many rules more common sense and trust of supervisors. Allow employees to take responsibility for their own mistakes verse lower level managers. Seniority and experienced employees power to move up in the company.
