      They had competitive wages, great benefits and work environment! Great fit for this season of life! Great people to work for & with!

      Lots of changes in the company corporately & within region. Oil industry was going through many challenges as well.

      Great company benefits, competitive pay & overtime opportunities. The new business office & yard in Midland, TX has plenty of room for equipment, mechanics and other personnel.

      Cons

      Typical cons of working the oilfield: potential for long hours, lots of driving, isolated remote locations. Great work for songwriting though :)
