Lack of Integrity and Transparency: Promises made during onboarding or reviews were frequently not upheld. Favoritism and Nepotism: Career advancement opportunities were awarded based on personal relationships rather than merit, experience, or qualifications. Internal candidates with extensive experience were overlooked in favor of new hire with little to no relevant background, due to personal connections. Leadership Practices: Some members of leadership engaged in misleading or deceptive behavior, damaging employee trust and undermining team morale.
