As long as you get your work done, there is a nice work/life balance and ability to telecommute. Many employees are wonderful to work with.

Cons

Climate and atmosphere are depressing. Watched people being worked to death and still treated like a mule and told to do more. There is little innovation and just lip service. Hemorrhaging good people because they want to make things better and challenge the status quo, but are beaten down at every turn.
