Lots of overtime with good pay. Company has good benefits. Newer company vehicles to use. Some independent work and flexible work schedules.

Cons

During the downturn, the company gets real picky about hours even though there is work to do. Long hours and many days spent away from the family. Almost have to know someone high up in the company to get promoted.
