Pros

If you want to move to Houston and can tolerate the poor leadership you can potentially move up fairly quick.

Cons

Stallion was very unorganized and I usually never had clear goals due to the reactive leadership. Most of the senior managers were narcissistic and thought that they were visionaries. They spent most of their time sucking up to the high ups in Houston and not providing employees with the tools to be successful in their jobs. I guess I just wasn’t cut throat enough for this company. My sales numbers were always above average but due to my lack of butt kissing unfortunately that didn’t matter.
