Early shifts allow for early leave, but transport issues arise

Pros

Early shift start means early leaving. 5am-1pm. Blender team is full of great people and team work is highly valued and appreciated. Working alone is also amazing as you are responsible for yourself and your work during that time.

Cons

Buses, Ubers and most other public transportation unavailable at 5am.
