The company has a done a great job with the overall culture, the company promotes diversity and inclusion and overall succeeds in their mission. I meet a wide variety of co-workers during my time there and never had any problems. The company values internal career growth and its paid off, management typically has experience working in lower level roles and tend to be understanding of issues.

Cons

Work-life balance was typically good but there were times where overtime was mandated and lead to short term burnout.
