      Pros

      Free dress - Come as your are (within reason) Laid back atmosphere - No sweat as long as you get the job done Autonomy - As long as you get the job done you can pretty much steer your own ship. Sink or Swim - If you are a self starter & eager to learn, you'll be swimming like a fish :)

      Cons

      Pay - In some cases the pay doesn't match the job duties.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, and a great work environment. Management is great to work with, and also very supportive of moving forward in the company.

      Cons

      They take being on time and clocking in to the extreme. If you are a minute late, it's counted against you, however, in that same token, if you are on time you will get rewarded for this.

      Pros

      Stamps.com has a tradition of hiring extremely bright and talented people. Most people must most definitely come out of Stamps.com having learned a lot. No challenge is too big. If there is no way to accomplish something - then invent a way.

      Cons

      I think being a public company has changed the culture and goals of the company such that, while decisions might be good for the quarterly conference calls, much of the drive and innovation that built the company earlier on has been lost.
