Pros

I have joined recently stamps.com as an engineer and so far my experience is as per my expectation. As I joined during the lockdown phase, haven't visited a single time yet. The onboarding process was seamless and the team is good. Flexible hours with better work life balance.

Cons

To be on par with the competitors, need to upgrade the technology stack for a better user experience. As of now it's just a reseller company.

Most of the people are great, save a few who have been there a very long time with very little outside perspective.

Cons

Tons of technical debt make it an uphill battle to drive any beneficial change.
