      Good for short term career.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. HR is a good department here and they always ready to hear you. Free Snacks.

      Cons

      Not a challenging environment. Some managers are so arrogant in attitudes ex. Networks (they always mess up things) and not even know how to fix the things and put blame on others. No benefits to the employees, benefit only up to the manager level. No room for career growth.

      - collaborative working culture - strong customer focus - good benefits

      Cons

      - stock price always seems to drop after earnings which can be frustrating timing for vested options (but at least you receive options!)
