      Company take care of employees and does a lot for physical and mental wellness. Great insurance and perks. Supportive coworkers and coach’s

      Some metrics in customer care can be hard to meet due to issues outside of our control like being understaffed , Also some tools that need updating

      Pros

      Stamps is a great place to grow your career if you put in the work. Supervisors are easy to talk with and care about the teams for the most part. Many reviews below show the unfortunate entitled attitude that many have that I’ve noticed here. I’m currently going to school and stamps will reimburse my education & book expenses. I’ve been offered time to meet with the head of department I want to go into before we started working from home. There’s nothing but encouragement with going wherever you want to go in the company if you have a good attitude. The company has also been amazing with protecting employees during Covid and had us working from home before most other companies. I’ve never had a company that’s so focused on employee well being before.

      Cons

      Call center culture is what it is and it has to be that way for the company bottom line. Most of the time the rules are due to previous bad apples. I’ve worked in many and this is one of the best.

      Childish leads Require robots to meet the stats if you change a word your marked down for it so it lowers your chance of a raise.
