Pros
I loved my coworkers. Kudos to the ones who remain sane through all the constant upheavals. The unlimited PTO was nice too.
Cons
The (in)decision-makers (ELT) keep changing processes and teams - hiring then firing then making structure changes like some kind of gaslighting scheme to keep everyone anxious and compliant. Even the C-suite isn’t safe (they’re on the 4th CEO post-private equity acquisition). Not exactly a worker’s paradise. By the time the proletariat have finally adapted to the current process, there is a Soviet-style purge and new instructions are blasted out for the next cycle of confusion.
