Pros

good stock options, great team and people, kitchen stocked up with fruits, cereals, milk, coffee etc.. business is growing and stocks going up..but..

Cons

* mandatory weekend work (we have seen that this is true for QA teams especially - this is a note for potential candidates applying - be careful what you are getting into) * absolutely no personal life * worst management * management doesn't care anything about the employees at all - absolutely nothing * management just want to see deploys going onto production - whatever it takes * everyone is made to overwork * everything is emergency, no prioritization, no risk evaluation and re-thinking

Pros

Free snacks and sodas, company events, good Insurance. but these come at a cost ie: in bonuses and compensation.

Cons

Slow to change and adapt, which leaves it behind in tech world. No accountability or action plan for mistakes made that affect users and employees year after year
