Pros

Flexible work schedule. HR is a good department here and they always ready to hear you. Free Snacks.

Cons

Not a challenging environment. Some managers are so arrogant in attitudes ex. Networks (they always mess up things) and not even know how to fix the things and put blame on others. No benefits to the employees, benefit only up to the manager level. No room for career growth.

Pros

Free snacks Get to work for a big Ecommerce company Some smart engineers

Cons

Incredibly outdated technology and the environment is a complete mess and not working half the time, with no clear structure and rules on testing and development. Management doesn't care and expects you to "deal with it". . Software managers rule through fear and intimidation. Expect to get micromanaged to death. The sad thing is a lot of talented engineers are wasting their careers here in complete dead-end jobs. Avoid at all costs.
