Pros

Mission-driven organization that is trying to do good in many different areas. Many young people who work here. Good office location. Constantly changing and open to ideas.

Cons

Not much diversity. Not much room for growth in specialized areas because it is a smaller organization. They have a great framework for the culture they strive for but it is mostly just lip service. Lots of reacting to issues instead of strategically planning for them.

Heavily politically driven leadership, the senior staff have been there for a decade+ for just being there at the right time right place (most do not qualify) for their positions. Tons of favoritism between team leads which bends all sorts of rules and principles for the mid to lower team members. You are constantly being monitored and most times they were not providing a valid reason for laying people off, excuses such as down sizing was constantly used.
