Great benefits. Almost always free meal most days. Unlimited PTO (if they did not call you constantly)

Meetings. Leadership preaches a bottom up philosophy buy a lot of decisions came in silos and from out of nowhere. Documentation either did not exist or there was too much. Culture and beliefs on core philosophy are more important that actual talent or skill.
