Pros

I honestly cannot find any pros.

Cons

In my experience, the Warsaw office has a very noticeable issue with bias against foreigners. When restructuring or layoffs start, expatriates and non-local employees are often the first to be affected. The environment can feel unbalanced, with limited transparency around decision-making during restructuring processes. Unfortunately, this creates the impression that nationality plays a role in who stays and who leaves. For an international bank, the culture should reflect fairness and diversity, but the reality in the Warsaw office does not always align with those expectations
