      Decent Company that is slowly improving

      Pros

      Vacation package is generous. They are slowly moving out of the dark ages and moving toward a more employee friendly environment, which includes flexible schedules and employee bonding events.

      Cons

      Private Family Owned Company that promotes within it's own family/friend circle whether deserved or not. Salaries are below average wage. Healthcare insurance package is lacking. No clear organization/reporting structure.

      Small company feel with large company aspirations. The E-suite is constantly looking for ways to grow the company on a large scale to dominate the industry

      Cons

      The pay is below the national and even the local average - probably due to it being a family owned operation.

      Very little room for advancement. Raises aren't based off of performance. Benefits aren't the greatest

      Hello, Thanks for your review and suggestion on how to improve employee morale at the distribution center. We will do our best to roll the employee of the month program back out and implement growth strategies.
