      Flexibility, positive atmosphere. Benefits at the companies World Headquarters- cafeteria and gym, on site health evaluations, diet classes and investment classes.

      Cons

      People don't always see eye to eye, but this is a common among the business world. Mobility throughout the company sees questionable.

      Hard to get parts sometimes Not enough techs to properly run shift No training program all OJT which can make it difficult at times

      They treat their people well. The owners are very involved in the business and there is a lot of employees that have been their for years..

      I really cannot think of any negatives to write regarding this company. I am required to write twenty words so that is what I am doing.
