As part of our focus on contionous improvement, we’ve implemented Career Architecture which provides a framework for aligning jobs based on the types of work performed and clarifies growth in job levels based on responsibilities, scope, impact, required skills and knowledge. It defines career paths, provides common language across the organization, and improves benchmarking capabilities. We utilize an external resource’s market data for benchmarking the salaries for our positions. When evaluating a position, we consider internal and external equity, both are very important. We work to develop and advance our internal talent.
