Pros

I experienced a Great work environment I was able to work at my own pace with minimal supervision and the work was reasonable for the pay.

Cons

For this particular position there is not much growth but if you are starting as an admin it is a position that offers basic experience . You can always move to cooperate with AR/AP eventually. I will say there is not much diversity and you only move up If you are apart of the good buddy system.

Pros

Good money way over 40 hrs a week they pay you to learn with no experience and time and a half after 40 hrs a lot of driving hard work and sweaty and cold rainy days long night, morning sometimes travel on rare occasions and will pay you to learn how to drive a truck

Cons

Long hrs sometimes 12 hr days and working storm is 16 hr on 8 off until damaged lines are almost all fixed
