Pros

Standard Aero has a pretty good benefits package, with a decent wage with certain jobs. There is a great openness between the shop floor employees and the management regarding information on company goals and what the company is currently up to in the marketplace. A yearly Christmas party and plenty of team building between makes it a fun enough environment to work in.

Cons

Shop floor managers tend to overreact and use more iron-handed management techniques, instead of trying to encourage their employees positively and create employees that WANT to work hard for the company, they end up with employees that HAVE to work.
