Pros

Small department with high quality management. Great place to work if you enjoy challenges. CoWorkers are knowledgeable and friendly. Once you show your abilities you feel welcome and are given more challenging tasks. Felt like working with your family. All encounters with home office as well as facility management had an open door policy. Felt extremely comfortable dealing with all employees in organization.

Cons

Not many to speak of. Benefits were good.

Pros

Flexibility, Hands on experience, not limited to one project but get to work on multiple projects to enhance skillsets and learnings, younger management team, some are older but willing to change, not afraid to hire to help resources, lots of feedback from management team, great people and lots of team effort

Cons

Old building but building a new one soon which will help teams not be so secluded
