Pros

Flexible work/life balance, great health benefits and I was able to develop good friendships and working relationships

Cons

Stanford's salaries and job titles are inconsistent across departments, remote working policies are inconsistent and may vary based on employee favoritism. Career growth is limited. Technology and processes are outdated, especially in this area.
