Line staff are the best. Helpful, hardworking, committed. Lots of networking with other agencies. Never boring. Challenging. Perfect for those who thrive on chaos.

Cons

Understaffed, over worked, lack of support and training. Lots of travel and late nights. Expected to complete job with no overtime.
