Super friendly staff who is willing to work with you and your schedule. Great benefits. Lots of opportunity for growth within the County.

Good pay, vacation pay, and sick time. I am always able to take a vacation when I request it. Room to move up within the County.

Cons

The cost of medical benefits keeps creeping up every year and the cost-of-living raises don't really offset the increases.
