Pros

Conseratively run company, fair benefit packaage, international exposure if travel is desired. Growth opportunities are available depending upon which office you work at.

Cons

Company is somewhat top heavy which can penalize younger engineers attempting to grow their career. Small raises the last 3 years, and little chance at bonuses unless you are a project manager or in sales.
