- Large variety of projects keeps the day to day tasks engaging and diversified. - A good benefits package that puts members families/futures first. - Working on building a Young Professionals Group to strengthen the voices of young members and their impact. - A healthy amount of backlog which helps ensure job stability. - Offer a hybrid schedule option which allows for work/life balance.

Cons

- With being a large company making changes to process, culture, or office environment can take time.

Nice people. collaborative culture. Nice benefits and descent compensation Amazing work life balance

Cons

- Tech is back in 1980’s. They still hadn’t invested in 3D technology in 2017!!! Everything was done in 2D - Office locations are in non-central places
