Health insurance increased 54%, bonus's use to be over $700 now they average less than a weeks pay for a new employee, regular associates are looked down upon by office and management, cost of living is less than what management is taking away in bonuses and other so called benefits. They use to give you a $10 gift card to Kroger for Christmas and that was taking away, they also use to give you a $5 coupon to their cafeteria for your birthday and that was taking away. Management doesn't hold everyone accountable equally. The environment that has been created is mistrust and animosity because they don't expect the same amount of work between shifts and lines and make certain groups and shifts carry other groups and shifts. The turn over rate is about 15 people a week loss to 2 to 3 people being hired. It is an environment where you can't succeed at your job no matter what you do because the expected time make a part and (S.O.P.) will not work together and they will use it against you no matter what you do. There is way too much management and not enough workers for this company to continue for very much longer.
