Stable salary, good bonus twice a year, bases worldwide.
Cons
The environment is gloomy, some managers are simply mean and there's no fair distribution of work. Teamwork is weak and there's little cooperation in problem solving. English is not enough spoken and this causes troubles when dealing with bases and customers abroad. As for some products, technology and quality are old and not good enough.
