Pros

Good environment (on 2nd) easy to work with co-workers and management.

Cons

The Job title is "technician" but you'll be expected to operate the lines, not fix them. You're just required to fix them when they're down. Management unwilling to bring techs in on weekends to accomplish P.M. which leads to a state of mild disrepair, but at least that's job security.
