Great on the job training. High standards in the company culture fosters high personal and professional standards. Good sense of team spirit and working together to achieve the common goal. One must be self driven and ambitious to be successful there. Great salaries, probably the highest in the industry.
Cons
Family business, therefore limited room for non-relatives to attain executive positions in the company. Upward mobility for career development is stagnant. Many of the employees have done the same job for 10 years or more.
