      Pros

      There are some great people to work with. Everyone I met, and all of the staff, past and present, are willing to give u their all and are friendly and are easy to work with.

      Cons

      You apply for one job but get given another. There is no training and the management is really poor. The company has no clear direction. There is a paranoia from senior management which effects peoples work.

      Stansfeld Scott is the perfect company for someone who’s young and willing to work hard.

      Pros

      You can gain experience in different fields of the company. Be it wine training and education by WSET. The company is usually well organize with meetings and events ect. So many opportunities in different areas are available , once your willing and able to put in the work you will achieve good things.

      Cons

      Communication ! It must be improved. Many young workers reach a certain level in the company but going forward in that bigger bracket is difficult .

      Pros

      Excellent Training for future employment. The company pushes their employees to the limit which enables them to shine bright in any future positions they will hold. Great benefits package and weekends off-ish.

      Cons

      Overworked and under appreciated. Your incentive to do well is caused by the constant fear of losing your job. Kiss up to the right manager enough and you will get promoted other than that, it is a family owned company and you go no further than they need you to. All top positions reserved for family members. Extremely high turnover.
