Pros

- Decent technical support (laptop, company phone, software etc.) - Great online learning tools - One of the big giants in the construction industry - Large-scale projects nationwide and abroad. - Work-from-Home environment - Some professionals with great depth of experience - Pay is above average

Cons

- The office is severely lacking team culture. WFH environment makes it worse. - You are on your own, you won't be backed up by your FP engineer unlike other departments. You are exposed to all criticisms and responsibilities from both sides from engineers/supervisor and client whilst you are not given any support along the way. - Everyone looks exhausted and fatigued from working overtime. - Politics and drama here an there. Everyone tries to look pretty in front of their supervisor/client by throwing colleagues/designers under the bus. - There are reasons why you are paid above market.
