      - An extremely knowledgable and talented team - Excellent work environment, and culture - Great attention and responses to common workplace issues

      - Very large company, meaning there is very rarely anything that is individually tailored to you

      Nice people, great range of interesting projects

      Cons

      Very bureacratic company, very stingy with money for things like training courses and socials. Had to pay for our christmas party. Graduate scheme is awful. You manager is not allowed to hive you performance based pay rises or promotions for first 2 years which makes it hard to stay motivated. Pay for young engineers is well below average for similar jobs. Graduate training courses are insanely bad.
