Good Company but it has no culture

Pros

Good opportunities for people right out of college. They offer Visa sponsorships. A vast number of areas/departments for exploration and they do offer cross-training depending on the team. Multiple office location options with temporal/hotel stations for visitors.

Cons

The annual salary bonus is mediocre. There is no incentive for young engineers to stay in a hard-work mindset. The company gives a feeling of not taking the next generation of engineers seriously if they don't have a PE license.

They maintain their equipment, the pay is good, chances to take on more responsibilities.

Cons

High turn-over rate but that is with any surveying department.
