Pros
The work schedule at Stantec is very flexible. As a part-timer, they allowed me to work whenever I could. You get a clear responsibility and you have a lot of freedom in deciding how you handle with the given responsibility.
Cons
When it comes to software engineering (which to be honest is not their mission anyway) the company doesn't seem to have the right infrastructure nor the people with the right knowledge and experience.
