Staples Business-to-Business Sales!

Need a Job?! Fresh out of College! Benefits are great! Staples in general is still a strong financial and overall good company! (The Business programs just need a little help as well as management!)

Cons

Don't expect to be here longer than 2 years! MICRO-MANAGEMENT! Leadership by intimation! Also, there is no relationship building with customers on the sales side, which you loose after a year! Basically stuck in the same pay brack year-after-year! Good ole boy system for promotions! Compensation for sales not that great! Also, some of upper management from the Corporate office are unethical regarding leadership practices (not on the sales side)!!!

Some of the pros of working at Staples include; A car allowance, paid expenses (phone, internet, cell), paid vacations, some holidays off, stock options.

Cons

Unethical corporate culture, shady business practices, good ol' boy system in place. Inexperienced and incompetent management. Commissions are lower than they should be.
