Pros
The GM for the store I worked at was very nice and compassionate.
Cons
The managers under my GM were absolutely terrible. One slammed his fist on counters frequently and berated employees constantly. The computer sales position was pitched as a technical support role, but instead of providing any support you were told to lie and upsell computers on them. Completely dishonest tactics and sales metrics that hurt consumers.
