Pros

Great co workers, you get to learn the ins and outs of office work. You learn how to make business cards, posters, laminations, stamps, paper cutting.

Cons

When it gets busy, it gets busy. I was lucky to have managers that cared and would stop what they were doing to come and help me but, I hear that's not the case in most stores. You are on your own! The pay stagnated. Once I reached three years there, I realized that was it, the raises are just a few cents every time.
