Pros

Good hours, they close at 9, so plenty of time to get homework done. I had one very nice manager and one that had anger problems.

Cons

The pay wasnt that great, and I worked very hard and had no recognition. Some problems with management yelling at associates in front of customers.

Pros

Easy scheduling, nice co-workers, learned how to work copy machines.

Cons

Customers in copy center can be very difficult and demanding. Understaffing is a problem. Pay is terrible. There is no employee discount.

Pros

They do offer a decent employee benefit package (even if your are part-time) You are your own boss and you do work alone often in the copy-center

Cons

Equipment does break down often, and repairs can take days which leaves copy jobs piled up and you dealing with un-happy customers. General Manager has little knowledge about copy center operations so if you come across a problem and copy center exert is not around (your on your own) There were times where I could not even think about taking a meal break because the work load was piled so high Customer expectations seem to be too high, in order to make customer happy you will break company policy The pay as a copy center associate is equal to a customer service associate pay, but copy center associates require more training Paperwork procedure is nonsense and is just busy time consuming work that could be cut way back and still be just as effective
