Supervisors and managers will run you rampant to meet unrealistic standards set by corporate and district managers. Higher ups have 0 idea of how the foundation works and throw random things out hoping they stick. Pay is absolutely horrible and not livable even at fulltime. No safety concern for their workers, and absolutely horrible working conditions. Force you to work every job in the store yourself and still expect them to be done in a timely manner. Was constantly mocked by higher ups for simple questions, and treated poorly as well. Never work for this company if you value your time and energy. They will treat you like trash to meet constantly increasing metric expectations, and when you don’t meet them they threaten you.
